Terms & Conditions

  1. No items shall be placed kerbside without a Clean Up booking.
  2. Booking cancellations must be reported to Council two business days prior to your confirmed Clean Up booking. Please phone Council’s contractor Veolia on 1300 580 811.
  3. Items must be placed kerbside one (1) day before your booked Clean Up collection date. If placed out too early your Clean Up will be investigated as illegal dumping and you could be fined.
  4. All materials placed out for Clean Up must not exceed two (2) cubic metres in volume per booking.
  5. Residents can use a double booking equal to four (4) cubic metres in volume.
  6. If your Clean Up volume exceeds your booking limit then you will forego the equivalent of any remaining bookings for the rest of the calendar year.
  7. Items placed out for Clean Up must be no longer than 1.5 metres in length and able to be lifted by two people. Branches must be bundled and tied with string. Fridge and freezer doors are to be removed where possible. Small, loose items must be in a secure box or container.
  8. Items places out for collection must be stacked neatly in one (1) pile and must not obstruct the adjoining road or footpath.
  9. All items placed out for collection must be acceptable and compliant in accordance with the table below. Non compliant items will not be collected and it is the resident’s responsibility to take these items back onto their own property.
  10. Residents living in multi-unit dwellings and complexes must call Council’s contractor Veolia on 1300 580 811 to check eligibility for Clean Up.
